Our Client is the European company - the manufacturer of the goods for housekeeping.
We currently search for Country Sales Manager for start activity in Ukraine.
Main Tasks:
Develop the market for house holding products.
Direct relations with distributors and Key Customers.
-Strategic development, Sales and Marketing of the brand
-Keeping with in Company Strategic development and budget plans.
-Development of new customers
-Close cooperation with our distributors
-New products implementation
The requirements:
-University degree;
-Sales experience in FMCG not less than 4 year (desirable sales experience of house holding products);
-Management experience;
-Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian;
-Computer skills: MS Office, Internet and e-mail;
-Driving license and experience.(It is desirable own car);
-Should understand the Competitive Ukrainian Market in consumer and retail trends;
-Proven ability of using financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability;
-Must be able to develop accurate Sales and Marketing Forecasts;
-Must have good communication skills, including the abilities to elicit information, actively listen;
-Must be results orientated and make constant progress towards and achievement of sales goals
